When the Oregon Historical Society began organizing its exhibit Windows on America: The Challenges of Presidential Leadership, they wanted to include interactive content to help pull visitors into the big heroic stories. Working in conjunction with Ancona + Associates, Inc., Sticky was tasked with creating engaging digital moments for the show.
The final rich media presentation featured four interactive touchscreen displays, programmed by Sticky, each focused on presidents of a different era. Gallery goers could swipe through documents, zoom in on details (like John Hancock’s famous autograph), and listen to dramatized readings. This touchable technology encouraged a new level of participation as it gave visitors a compelling way to interact with the historical highlights.
